Can you buy a 3 day hiking and sledge pass using a Swiss Half pass? Or is it cheaper just to use your half pass to buy individual tickets as an when you want to go?

    Totally confused

Do you already have a Swiss Half Fare Card?

In summer you can get 25% off a Jungfrau Travel Pass if you have a Swiss Half Fare Card but I don’t believe that applies to the H&S Pass.

Whether an H&S Pass is worth buying on top of a SHFC depends on what trips you plan to do.

It all boils down to the maths.

    Hi Shan,

The Jungfrau Hiking and Sledging Pass is available for traveling in winter until April 17. 50% discount applies on Jungfrau Hiking and Sledging Passes for children from 6 to 15 (inclusive), not for adults.

To rockoyster’s point, you’ll have to do the math to understand which pass works best for you. We don’t know what the rest of your trip looks like, but it could be that the Swiss Travel Pass is also an option?

Please refer to How to choose a Swiss rail pass. It has a spread sheet to help you with your calculations.
