I booked tickets in Geneva to Paris TGV Lyria through klook on non refundable basis for May month. I simply emailed to klook that I wish to travel to Switzerland for given dates but due to COVID 19 pandemic, this travel seems impossible for me. The conditions are beyond our control therefore Full refund should be processed.
Klook rep suggested that flight cancelation certificate or emailfrom airlines should be produced to them. This airlines' email or certificate should depict that flight is cancelled by airline & not the travellers and name of passengers(as on TV lyria ticket/swiss half fare card) should be mentioned clearly.
I submitted the email from airlines to klook and I got refund in 3 days. Thanks to klook they are really quick.
