How to travel to the Stanserhorn
The trip starts in Stans, about 20 minutes from Lucerne. Stans can be reached by train or by car. It requires a 5-minute walk to reach the valley station from the rail station of Stans.
The trip up the mountain
You will first board a funicular that takes you to the mid-station of Kälti, at an altitude of 710 m. From there, the double-deck cable car will take you up to 1848 m.
