The weather can change quickly, so you’ll need to be flexible with your plans. Are you traveling with any kind of regional or Swiss Travel Pass? If you have a Swiss Travel Pass, transportation to/up Mt. Rigi is fully covered. You could ride the boat from Luzern (the boats are right outside the train station) to Vitznau, take the mountain train up and if the weather is not good, there is a restaurant where you can go inside for something to eat or drink. There are other options up/down Rigi, so you could take a combination of trains/lifts. I have not been up to Titlis nor Stanserhorn, and don’t think those are covered by the Swiss Travel Pass, but might be discounted. If you have a regional pass, check to see what is covered. This site covers all of that information on the various passes. You could also check with your hotel for more information on weather and advice for mountain excursions before you head out for the day.
