Hi Jim and welcome to MySwissAlps
Today is April 15. The 25th is 10 days ahead. Nobody can accurately predict the weather in the Alps with 10 days anticipation. So, yes, you can’t be sure you will see these peaks or not.
It is not usual to book seats on trains in domestic trips in Switzerland, so you can purchase tickets at the last minute. About passes, etc., someone else will probably direct you to “HOW TO TRAVEL” on top of your screen.

Hi JIm,
To keep an eye on the weather in Switzerland use this link:

I would also NOT purchase the ticket to the Jungfraujoch too much in advance, as on a bad day you might end up disappointed. You can buy the tickets anytime after arrival online or at the railway station:

The promotion you mention (http://www.myswissalps.com/fo rum/topic/free-reservations-to-jungfraujoch-more-discounts) literally offers a free seat reservation to the Jungfraujoch and and additional Coupon Pass, so price-wise you don’t really safe anything when buying in advance.
Hope I’m expressing myself clearly.
Get back to us for further input.
Best,
Steph

Hi Jim,
Not necessarily. See purchase options in below link. It makes sense buying it in advance in form of an e-ticket, providing you a nice back-up in case of loss. But you can also purchase it upon arrival:
