Welcome to MySwissAlps! You’ll first have to decide where you prefer to stay. The regions around Lugano, Lucerne and Interlaken all offer plenty of things to do for a week or much longer. This may help you decide:
- Lugano: some examples are mountain visits (Monte Brè, Monte San Salvatore, Monte Generoso), a boat ride on the Lago di Lugano, hikes, visits to Locarno and/or Bellinzona.

ok so i have decided as follows:
July 18th: Visit Lugano –> Arrive from venice at noon
July 19th: Visit lugano —> Whole day at lugano —> Lake lugano, Mount Bre and Mount salvatore (if time)
July 20th: Visit Lucerne –> Arrive from lugano in morning —> Visit Lucerne
July 21st: Visit Lucerne ——> Go to Rigi for a day trip?
July 22nd:Visit Interlaken —–> Arrive from lucerne in the morning ——> visit surroundings of interlaken? or take the golden pass?
July 23rd: Visit Interlaken ——>go to jungfrau for the day trip
July 24th: Visit Zurich ———–> Take the train to Zurich from interlaken

1) Can we go to rigi for the day trip? is it feasible?
2) Do you think I am trying to visit too many places? Would it be tiring to visit this many places in 7 days? What if I cancel Lucerne and only do Lugano and interlaken?
3) What are the best regions to jungfrau?
