7 days in Spiez – sightseeing and activity options
Mahesh Nagda is planning a 7-day trip to Spiez and wants to enjoy sightseeing, scenic beauty, and paragliding. He seeks advice on efficiently planning his itinerary while visiting places like Grindelwald, Zermatt, Jungfraujoch, and Interlaken.
- Combine a visit to Jungfraujoch and Grindelwald First in one day, but explore leisurely.
- Include a short stop in Bern while traveling from Lucerne to Spiez if time allows.
- For a day trip around Lake Thun, start by visiting castles in Thun before taking a boat to Interlaken.
- Consider extending your stay in Interlaken to fit in paragliding and a visit to the Ballenberg Museum.

Dear Forum members, Thanks for earlier suggestion. Please guide me on how can i spent my 7 days in Spiez. Objective here to enjoy the all sight seeing and scenic beauty and do paragliding also. My initial thoughts are
- Grindelwald First / ZERMATT / Jungfraujoch / Murren Village – Falls / ????
- While going to luzern from Spiez, what shoud i cover – Bern / straight to luzern and something else.
- How efficiently shall i make my itinerary for Interlaken 1.5 Day visit covering 1. Boat Crusie Lake Thun and Briens 2. Harder Kulm – Best for Sun set Viewing 3. Te Casino Gallery & Market 4. Schlosspark 5. Hoheweg / Höhematte Park – Interlaken 6. Beatus Caves 7. Ballenberg Open Air carft & Cottage museum 8. Brienzer Rothorn 9. Paragaiding 10. 5 Castle around Lake Thun – Thun Castle / Schadau Castle / Hünegg Castle / Oberhofen Castle /Spiez Castle
