Bernase Oberland or Luzern, or both, would be an excellent choice. Each different but both wonderful in my opinion. It all depends on their interests. I like Anna’s suggestion for them to stay in Bern since it is easy to get to both BO and Luzern, and eventually Lausanne, from there.
