try this site. http://www.thunersee.ch/en. we have used it to find accommodation before – you can specify apartments in your search. Transport links are excellent from Thun.

You might want to try the Matten bei Interlakken area . We stayed in a nice apt (with the amenities you seek) with a good view of Jungrauch . We used airbnb to identify it.
You also have some apts in the vicinity of the station ..but they could be a little noisy . A 5 mins drive (bus access is there) into Matten bei Intelakken ..you can stay in quiet neighbourhoods disturbed only by cowbells.

I’d search hotelscombined for options around Interlaken. You can filter for apartments but finding an apartment for under 120chf will be tricky!
