Will be staying in Interlaken, Saxeten, for a few days in September 2018. Interested in going to Top of Europe without a guide. What is our best option for parking a rental car, and obtaining tickets for a complete round trip to Top of Europe?
Respectfully, PS

Buy a Bernese Oberland pass for the duration of your visit.
You can get one at the booking office at Interlaken West station. Probably Interlaken East.
A supplement will be needed for the Jungfrau train.
Interlaken can be busy with noisy international tourists who like to travel in groups. Someone else may be able to offer advice about parking.
The resources you need are on this site.
Good planning will ensure a lovely time in a magnificent part of the world.
Enjoy your travels.

You can read about how to get to Jungfraujoch here: https://www.myswissalp s.com/jungfraujoch/get tingthere & where to buy tickets here: https://www.myswissalp s.com/jungfraujoch/tic kets.
As Gunzel notes, you may want to look at a rail pass for the days that you are there. If you are planning several mountain trips the car won’t be of any help. It is usually best to travel around Switzerland by train rather than car: https://www.myswissalp s.com/carversustrain
Parking can be found at Interlaken Ost (east) or leave your car at a hotel if you are staying in Interlaken.
The Regional Pass – Bernese Oberland or the Jungfrau Travel Pass are good options if you are just traveling by public transport around Interlaken.

We’ll be there 6 nights, all in the Bernese Oberland area. Already have rental car booked and a drive from Geneva to 1st lodging. 2 adults 2 children under 10. Which Swiss rail pass would be best if we plan to drive in close to the mountain exclusions? Our plan is to see the Alps and not necessarily towns. We will drive to the best recommended locations for transit, but have limited time! Toboggan is a must.
I sincerely appreciate your input!

Once you are in the Jungfrau region you won’t have a lot of use for the car when making mountain trips. But you can drive as far as Grindelwald or Lauterbrunnen and then you’ll need to take trains or cable cars to other towns or mountains.
From Saxeten though a car will help to get to nearby towns like Interlaken, Bern, Thun or further away, when not going into the mountains.
To know for sure, you’ll need to plan out all your trips each day and do the math to compare passes. https://www.myswissalp s.com/train/ticketspas ses/practical/choosera ilpass. If that doesn’t sound like fun the Swiss Half fare Card is a good bet.

Im not lazy and can read, it just seems overwhelming when tryimg to lock in our plans, as we’re not too sure what to expect.
Thank you.

We don’t have a phone number here. You should be able to find all the information you need on our website, but I understand it is a lot of information.
We do have some links here for trip planning, but that may not be what you want. https://www.myswissalp s.com/plantrip
You could try Swiss Tourism at +800 100 200 29.
