The Tell Pass (Winter) is all you will need, since it covers an extensive area for unlimited (‘free’) travel, including half way to Zurich and all the way to Interlaken.
Three main comments:
1) take advantage of all the ‘unknown’ mountain tops destinations that are valid with the Tell Pass

2) don’t miss taking the train all the way to Oberalp Pass (check for a good mountain weather day) which is spectacular (route is Luzern – Arth Goldau – Goeschenen – Andermatt – Oberalp Pass (and continue on down the other side to Sedrun as well if you wish). Goeschenen – Andermatt is the legendary Schoellenen gorge railway, and Andermatt – Oberalp Pass is a loop the loop ascent up a steep mountainside.
3) remember that there are not many boats on the Lake Lucerne in December
