Must-knows about Swiss vacation resorts

  • Switzerland’s most popular holiday places can get crowded in summer high season (July-August) or winter high season (January-February).
  • They’re popular for a reason: famous resorts such as Zermatt and Wengen offer the complete Swiss experience with beautiful chalets and amazing views.
  • If you prefer peace and quiet, try to visit these towns in quieter months: April and October for example.
