Switzerland trip advice – 8 days with 6 year old
A traveler named Sam is planning a trip to Switzerland in July with his wife and 6-year-old daughter. They're seeking advice on whether to get a Swiss Travel Pass and are looking for fun activities during their stay, especially for their daughter, while visiting places like Bern, Zermatt, and Lucerne.
- Consider purchasing the Swiss Travel Pass; it typically offers great value for extensive travel.
- Use Bern as your base and plan day trips; a second stop like Montreux may also enhance your experience.
- Look into family-friendly activities like visiting the zoo or taking a cruise, which can make the trip memorable for your child.
