This is an overview of our journey in Switzerland 2023 summer

We are a group of 9 people coming from Taiwan.

The ages of our group cover from 6 to 72.

Six of us in the group stayed in Jungfrau region and Zermatt for 10 days, and other three for 4 days at Lucerne area and 3 days at Interlaken additionally.

We like the beautiful and fantastic sceneries of Switzerland. I personally like photographing and visited Switzerland for 10 times. So our plan is mainly  hiking, sightseeing and photographing.

We used the 15-day Swiss Travel Pass for the first part of our journey. In the Jungfrau region we also bought Jungfrau Travel Pass for easy access up to the mountain by cable car or by mountain train. For the final 3 days I personally bought Berner Oberland Pass to travel.

The following was my itinerary and some photos for sharing for those interested.

Thanks so much Tsai_sr! That’s a well-organized itinerary. Your previous holidays in Switzerland must have helped put these 2023 plans together.

You’ve carefully thought about the combination of rail passes as well. I’m sure travel was very convenient this way, as it looks like you hardly needed additional tickets for your excursions.

And such lovely pictures! Any plans for a new visit?
